A fresh new look for an Estate Agent

Established in 2006, West Yorkshire based Homesmart quickly became a trusted lettings agency with a sizeable portfolio and a reputation for excellent local knowledge.

Their success in lettings led them to also expand into property sales. To reflect this change, they wanted a brand new logo design and visual identity, with a fresh, contemporary feel, to help them stand out from the crowd and keep them in the eye of their customers, old and new.

I came up with an abstract design for the logo reminiscent of a floor plan or street plan, arranging the dominant coloured blocks to define the letter H and paired this with a clean and versatile san serif font. For flexibility of use, I designed a landscape version of the logo too, and the foundations were now in place to develop the visual identity.

Creating a cohesive visual identity

I applied the new look to all their marketing materials to create eye-catching 'for sale' boards, striking flyers and banners and a cohesive range of stationery and client application forms. Rolled out across shopfront signage, interior styling and, their existing website, Homesmart Sales and Lettings now have a more professional image and a distinguishable presence in the marketplace.
